watch4.me provides uptime monitoring services for websites, APIs, and other web endpoints. We check your configured endpoints at regular intervals and notify you when they become unavailable or experience issues.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Monitor endpoints you do not own or have permission to monitor
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overload target systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Service Levels

We strive to provide reliable monitoring, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • False positives or false negatives in monitoring
  • Delayed or missed notifications
  • Service interruptions or outages
  • Data loss or corruption

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to price changes, you may cancel your subscription.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by watch4.me and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, watch4.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless watch4.me and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which watch4.me operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and watch4.me regarding the Service.
